Firefly Training - Level 2
Trauma-Responsive Leadership
99% of firefly trainees report they would recommend the training to others
The level 2 Firefly Training builds upon and refines participants’ skills by supporting them in shifting from being trauma-informed to becoming trauma-responsive leaders. The Level 2 Firefly Training works to deepen participants understanding of creating physically and psychologically safer spaces for those they serve by discussing real-life scenarios (case studies), and the nuance of integrating a trauma-informed vs. trauma-responsive approach. This training addresses the relationship between individual practitioners and the studios/organizations within which they work, and the complexities that can arise. The level 2 Firefly Training emphasizes community-building to support individuals in growing their network of trauma-responsive practitioners. Anyone who has completed the Level 1 Firefly Training is welcome to register for Level 2. Coming in 2024!
